watch what street this morning investors are hoping the stock market will continue to rally this week as futures trading shows all three indexes and the positive this morning. last week was the worst that walker has seen since june of last year however, the market recover some of its losses friday. here's a look at the closing numbers. the dow jones rose 10 points to close at 14,547. the nasdaq also climbed 39 points to close at 3.206 and s&p 500 rose 30 points to close at 1555. we'll be watching the numbers are more eager to kron4 morning news starting at 630 with the opening bell.

>> george: here at the bay bridge the metering lights are active right now. the traffic is starting to back up at the 80 ramp. you drive times are still under 18 minutes westbound, but those could climb. the late free on the san mateo bridge across the span. there were problems earlier this morning with a vehicle fire westbound on 92 industrial. that fire has been extinguished. looking at the right to golden gate bridge, 101 southbound, very light traffic and no delays. still under 20 minutes from hercules to berkeley. no problems from the ride from what lick creek to rock ridge. just a little slow on the connector ramp did to that earlier occurring fire. softbound freeways still

prevent openly gay adult leaders from participating. the proposal will be submitted to the roughly 14- hundred voting members of the b-s-a's national council. with the vote scheduled for the week of may 20th. the death toll in the six- point-six earthquake in china is up to 188 people. relief teams flew in helicopters to reach some of the most isolated communities in sichuan province. but the relief supplies are not enough for the more than 11-thousand injured. thousands of rescuers are working around the clock - trying to find survivors from saturday's deadly quake. saturday's quake was among the deadliest china has seen in the past three years. the number of bird flu cases in china jumped to 102 sunday, including 20 deaths. 70 patients remain hospitalized with the virus. so far the virus has mainly affected eastern china, with almost half the cases in shanghai. the current strain of bird

out here right now, i thought that as the day wears on we may see delays because of the cuts we were talking about. they went into effect yesterday. we're talking not air-traffic controllers. many of them will be on furloughs. basically time off is what it is. it started yesterday, some 15,000 of them will be affected by this. it will all of that traffic at airports. not specifically at as of all but around the country. yesterday we saw the blaze at lax some up to three hours. it has a ripple effect around the country. you can see here on the board that everything says on time right now. as the days gone on the delays may start to be felt here at s f o. you should call ahead if you're going to be traveling any time in the near future. your flight may not be

>> walked back, the time is 6:40 a.m. a big pot party also known as a 420 celebration over the weekend in sampras's coach turned into a big brawl in giant mass. authorities are estimated at between 10 and 15,000 people participated in saturday's unofficial for 20 ben and golden gate park. police did not know how this brawl started but they do know they got out of hand quickly and dozens of people were involved. the san francisco police say there were not notified about the incident and did not respond. i'd typical day, some five officers patrol this area. on saturday,

there were 50. with a crowd at close to 50,000 people, the party was one of the largest on permitted even as police say they've ever seen. here's a breakdown of the police activities surrounded the 420 celebration. there were seven felony arrests, six of them for possession and use of narcotics. five misdemeanor arrests, mostly for drunk and disorderly conduct. 30 citations were handed out saturday. mostly for drinking alcohol from an open container. sunday, at least 54 citations were handed out to people for e legally camping in golden gate park over night. this is the mess that was left behind from the 420 celebration at golden gate park. park workers and volunteers spent much of sunday picking up and hauling away 10,000 lbs. of garbage strewn all over the eastern part of golden gate park known as hit be heldhippie.

look at a couple of incidents that have the potential to become a hot spots if not quickly cleared. a fellow vehicle accident on 1 01 in the northbound direction at cesar chavez, a vehicle struck the wall. it should clear quickly because there is only one vehicle in the accident. we are also looking at a stall on interstate 680 in the southbound direction at north main street. this is also backing things up a bit early. we've had a number of problems over the last week and a half on interstate 680 with a slower than usual ride. at the bay bridge toll plaza, the metering lights were activated about 30 minutes ago. we have been looking at fairly normal traffic here for the westbound ride. drive times are running between 16 and 18 minutes. the san mateo bridge, no delays or problems as you head over to foster city. the golden gate bridge ride looks good as you had to marin county for
